PEER LEARNING EVENT ON SPORT INNOVATION

PEER LEARNING EVENT ON SPORT INNOVATION

On 30 August 2021 the peer learning activity "Collaborate to Innovate: Boosting Innovation in Elite and Grassroots sport in Europe" took place in Bulgaria.

The topic of sport innovation was one of the priorities of the Portuguese Council Presidency during the first 6 months of 2021. This is a telling example of how the EU Work Plan for Sport 2021-2024 enables continuous efforts on priority areas in sport.

The peer learning activity aimed at collecting approaches of Member States towards introducing and implementing activities that foster sport innovation in the field of sport and physical activity and to eventually identify areas in which Member States can collaborate.
